The WatchManager basic, single-user system enables you to run a functional alarm monitoring control room. The WatchManager bulk SMS gateway allows you to purchase as many SMS credits as you need for use on a high priority APN link, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of your system generated signal related messages.

The WatchManager Telegram® gateway is an extremely function-rich and highly economical message delivery method, offering a panic function, fault reporting facility, and a technician’s test interface.

The WatchManager remote maintenance and support module includes a back-up system licence, data sync to that system, daily off-site cloud back-up, annual licensing, system updates, and a host of additional benefits.

The WatchManager guard monitoring module enables you to set up patrol routes, way-points and time schedules, as well as the necessary reporting that goes with it.

The WatchManager TomTom / WebFleet integration allows manual or auto dispatching of emergency callouts directly to your reaction vehicles. Service technicians and job cards can also be managed using this facility.

This module facilitates automatic VOIP telephone dialing, avoiding operator mistakes, saving time and money.  It is currently in the process of being redeveloped to take better advantage of the latest telephony equipment.

The WatchManager ABox Video Viewer and AVLYTICS module integration provides instant operator video verification of an alarm trigger or region infringement, saving time and money.

The WatchManager RSI Videofied integration provides instant operator video verification of an alarm trigger, saving time and money.

The WatchManager SPOTBOT module, plus the SPOTBOT Interface Unit allows video feeds and images to be analysed by an artificial intelligence system within milliseconds.
