WATCHMANAGER RELEASES FULLY INTEGRATED SA-SOS APPS
The WatchManager SA-SOS suite of Apps, including the Client App, the Responder App and the Technician App, have finally been made available for general distribution after many months of extensive testing. Each App is fully loaded with awesome functionality that is quite simply a “must have” for any security company, and of course, can be “white labelled or skinned” with your company’s details and logo.
This project is a culmination of almost two years of intensive development, integration, and testing, at a cost of millions of Rand. Both SOS-ICT and WatchManager teams are now happy that a truly great foundation has been laid for future product and functionality add-ons. Indeed, this is already happening with the integration of FSK’s ARMme App, VibeTronix and the VAX Video Verification system.
The SA-SOS Messaging App for Clients includes all of the expected functionality such as Panic, Medical, Roadside Assistance, Fault Reporting and Family Find Me buttons, plus, it includes an intuitive AI False Alarm Cancellation function. It also has the ability to store personal medical information and vehicle details.
The SA-SOS Responder App is an absolute game changer for any security monitoring and response company. It also already has intuitive AI functionality built in, such as auto rapid route navigation to the site, auto stand off when at the premises, auto reporting of the site status, and courtesy notifications amongst many other features. This App module is a serious time and money saver and will put your organisation on the next level.
The SA-SOS Technician App is a real bonus for any technical and admin team. Aside from the auto navigation to the site, the Technician is able to put systems on “test” and receive all the signals on their App instead of burdening the Control Room Operators and clogging their alarm stacks. They can also receive, annotate and complete Job Cards, as well as auto-send courtesy notifications out to the Clients when the job is complete. Specific equipment supplier’s Apps are also being loaded into the Technician App so as to make their lives easier on sites.
